        Quarterly Spring Event
Join us on a Saturday in January 30th, 2026, at 12pm ET for a 60-minute immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and deepen your connection to body and breath. Surrounded by soft candlelight, you’ll be guided through a meditative soundscape featuring bowls, gongs, native flute, hand pan, and guitar. Relax lying down on mats and blankets to enhance comfort and focus. We recommend bringing a sweatshirt or warm socks to stay cozy.
