Group Bylaws

Alumnae Group Bylaws

Our bylaws serve as the foundation for the governance and operations of the Greater Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Gamma, outlining the structure, responsibilities, and guiding principles of our organization. Each year, the Board conducts a thorough review of the bylaws, considering feedback from our membership and making any necessary updates or revisions to ensure they continue to reflect the needs and values of our chapter. Following this review process, the bylaws are presented to members in good standing for a formal vote, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and member-driven leadership.

Notable Changes to the Proposed Bylaws

The proposed bylaws align with Delta Gamma Fraternity’s national model bylaws and Alumnae Group Standards, ensuring consistency and compliance with current national requirements.
